  • Shipping & Delivery

  • At this time, Empire Consulting, LLC ships merchandise to locations within the United States, including Alaska & Hawaii.  The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier.

    All products include free shipping for our AlcoHawk products via ground carrier, unless noted in product description.  Calibration Certificates and product information will be delivered via email, unless requested to be sent by USPC.   Email addresses are not sold to third parties.  However, delivery notices and product updates will be sent to shared email addresses.  Empire Consulting will use the most efficient carrier to delivery our products.  Express shipment is available at an additional cost.  Please inquire for overnight shipping costs through our email info@empiredrugfree.com or at check out.

Decisions and/or actions based upon the reading of this device shall be at such person’s own risk. Empire Consulting, LLC assumes no responsibility for consequences of subjects who test negative when using this device and later show that they are under the influence of alcohol or their judgment has been impaired by alcohol. This device should only be used as a screening device and may only give an indication of the possible presence of alcohol in the blood of the test subject. Correlation between breath alcohol content and blood alcohol concentration depends on many variables, including temperature and health conditions. A safe or low BAC reading on a breath alcohol screener does not mean that the driver’s reaction times can respond to any emergency encountered. The exact concentration of alcohol in the blood of the test subject cannot be exactly determined by using a breath alcohol screening device.

    This device is intended to measure alcohol in the human breath. The accuracy of this device has been established at a Blood Alcohol Concentration of 0.008% and 0.032%. Accuracy at a Blood Alcohol Concentration greater than 0.032% has not been evaluated.

  • Return Policy

    All products ordered from Empire Consulting, can be returned to our distribution center via prepaid & insured carrier, due to manufacturing defect. All deliveries require a signed signature from recipient.  If an item (s) is damaged in shipment, a claim needs to made with the carrier and noted at time of arrival of package.  Returned items will be subjected to a 15% restocking fee.  All returned items must be original package and include all product information that was included in original shipment.  After a complete evaluation is made of the returned product, a credit will be applied to the credit card on file or PayPal account.  You must contact us by email (info@empiredrugfree.com) for shipping instructions and return number before item can be returned. No item can be returned after 30 days of date of purchase.
